Operations Administrator – Vision Linens

Join us at an exciting time; we are a world-leading textile company supplying the biggest names in the hospitality, healthcare and retail markets. We work with the likes of the IHG, Hilton and Accor, as well as government organisations and retail players such as John Lewis & Partners.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we require a talented and highly organised Operations Administrator to join our operations team, to aid in the efficient and successful operation of our business.

This role reports directly into the Group Operations Director.

Responsibilities & Duties of the Operations Administrator

  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Purchase order system receipts
  • Overseas shipment receipt administration
  • Received goods costing adjustments
  • System cost price maintenance
  • Goods dispatch control – system updates
  • Supplier account form inputs
  • Product code creation and maintenance

Additional Duties

From time to time, the company may require the Operations Administrator to perform duties outside of this specific remit. Any additional duties will be agreed and in line with Vision Linens business needs and model. This extends to the undertaking of personal development and training activities deemed necessary to continue operating successfully within the role.

Place of Work

The role will be based at our headquarters in Blackburn, Lancashire. There may be a need to support and visit our satellite sales offices on specific large projects.
