Sales Support Executive

As part of our ongoing expansion, we require a talented and highly organised Sales Support Executive to join our retail team.

The Sales Support role is accountable for the day to day administration and engagement with our customers to resolve issues, as well as handling returns and supporting the office and field sales team with all the necessary administration duties.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the setting up of new clients to become transactional
  • Engage with consumers to arrange returns
  • Utilise the company CRM system to record all commercial activity
  • Process orders, actioning tasks necessary to ensure dispatch
  • Manage internal communication with logistics and warehouse teams

Comply to all company procedures

Additional Duties

From time to time, the company may require the Sales Support Executive to perform duties outside of this specific remit. Any additional duties will be agreed and in line with Vision Linen’s business needs and model. This extends to the undertaking of personal development and training activities deemed necessary to continue operating successfully within the role.

Skill Required

  • Professional and upbeat personality
  • Able to process orders from end-to-end
  • Fluent in company SOP’s
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong process and task orientation
  • Experienced user of sales CRM systems

Place of Work

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role at Vision’s headquarters in Blackburn, Lancashire.
