About the job
Vision has successfully expanded its presence in the European hospitality market, establishing key partnerships with notable brands. We are now seeking an experienced Key Account Director to further strengthen and maximise these international relationships. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of customer engagement, driving growth and ensuring our strategic objectives are met.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director for Europe, you will be responsible for nurturing these high-value accounts. Your focus will be on fostering long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities across the territory, and building strong connections with key decision-makers. By delivering exceptional service and support, you will solidify Vision’s reputation as a trusted partner.
As a central figure in driving sales and shaping strategic success, the Key Account Director plays a pivotal role in achieving the company’s growth ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Develop existing and target new accounts, managing and securing sales opportunities, scoping inbound sales leads in a timely, balanced and strategic approach.
- Focus activity in order to deliver targeted strategic objectives.
- Deliver business pitches and represent the Vision company brand at customer meetings.
- Develop robust Account Development Plans, communicating cross functionally to ensure delivery.
- Working closely with the Commercial Director, deliver product development and pricing strategies.
- Annual input into the budgeting process for your Key accounts with monthly forecasting activity.
- Update and maintain the CRM to maximise our opportunities within the customer base.
Skills and Experience
- European language skills essential (French and German preferred) .
- Experience of sales within the hospitality industry preferable (whether Group, brand or on property).
- Strong sales skills in negotiation, presentation and communication.
- Highly collaborative with strong desire to learn and build relationships.
- Ability to act fast and course correct when required.
- Good administrative and organisation skills to enable sales order processing and management .
Place of Work
This is a permanent, full-time role, currently home based within region (Europe).
