Vision Linens has been awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis in its 2025 assessment, placing the company in the top 15% of companies globally.

This milestone marks a significant improvement from the previous Bronze rating and reflects the continued development of Vision Linens’ sustainability strategy, governance and supply chain engagement.

Vision has earned a Silver Medal, a recognition awarded to the Top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months prior to the medal issue date. It reflects the quality of the company’s sustainability management system and demonstrates a commitment to promoting transparency throughout the value chain.

Assessment Areas

The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. More than 130,000 companies globally have been rated by EcoVadis. This makes it one of the most widely recognised sustainability assessment platforms for global supply chains.

EcoVadis’ business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards including the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and ISO 26000. The assessment provides an evidence-based analysis of performance, alongside a structured roadmap for continuous improvement.

Vision Linens’ improved rating reflects targeted progress across all four pillars of the EcoVadis assessment:

• Environment: Advancing carbon measurement and transparency through its partnership with Greenly, alongside engagement with the Carbon Literacy Project to support carbon reduction actions across operations.
• Labour & Human Rights: Strengthening governance and policies to uphold high standards of fairness, equality and safety across both the workforce and wider supply chain.
• Ethics: Reinforcing a culture of integrity through comprehensive policies covering transparency, anti-corruption and modern slavery.
• Sustainable Procurement: Enhancing responsible sourcing practices, including deeper supplier engagement to assess and improve environmental performance.

Achieving a Silver rating further reflects Vision’s ability to meet the growing sustainability requirements of our customers and procurement frameworks, particularly within the hospitality and healthcare sectors. The EcoVadis assessment provides customers with a recognised third-party evaluation of sustainability performance. This can then be used to support their own responsible sourcing and procurement policies.
